Sea Freight Rates

(China to the Philippines)

  • ₱9,250 per CBM – Covers all customs taxes, duties, warehouse storage, and documentation fees.
  • ₱1,850 fixed rate – Co– For small packages 0.20 CBM or below.
  • ₱22.50/kg – Applies to packages exceeding 410 kg per CBM.
  • Free Delivery – Available for shipments 2 CBM or more within 35KM of our Malabon warehouse.

Air Freight Rates

(China to the Philippines)

  • ₱650 per kg– Inclusive of customs duties, warehouse storage, and documentation fees.
  • Weight Calculation: Charges are based on the higher value between: [Actual Weight (kg) / Volumetric Weight (CBM x 167 kg)]
  • Estimated Delivery: Less than one week – Ideal for urgent shipments.

Step 1: Find a Supplier & Compare Prices

  • Visit Alibaba.com or other sourcing websites.
  • Search for the product you want to import.
  • We highly recommend contacting at least three suppliers to compare pricing, quality, and lead time.
  • Confirm that they can ship within China to our warehouse.
  • Tip: Always ask about bulk discounts and domestic shipping fees to minimize costs.

Step 2: Request Shipping Details from Your Supplier

Before placing an order, ask for these details:

  • Item Description
  • Box Dimensions (Total CBM)
  • Weight (kg)
  • Total Number of Boxes
  • Or simply request the Total CBM & Weight
  • Send these details to Chat Support to get a detailed shipping quote.

Step 3: Confirm Jades Cargo as Your Forwarder

  • Inform your supplier that Jades Cargo will handle the shipping.
  • Choose EXW (Ex Works) shipping terms, meaning your supplier will only ship within China.
  • Confirm which Jades Cargo China warehouse is nearest to your supplier:
  • Guangzhou, Yiwu, or Shishi (Sea Freight)
  • Fujian (Air Freight)

Step 4: Get the China Warehouse Address

  • Click here to Contact Us and get the latest warehouse address.
  • Share the warehouse address with your supplier.
  • Request a Proforma Invoice (PI) from your supplier, which includes:
  • Total price of items / Local China shipping fee to Jades Cargo warehouse
  • Total price of items
  • Local China shipping fee to Jades Cargo warehouse
  • Review the costs and confirm with your supplier before proceeding with payment.

Step 5: Pay Your Supplier Securely

  • You can pay your supplier via Alibaba Trade Assurance using:
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Paymaya Virtual Card
  • GCash Mastercard
  • Want lower transaction fees? Use our "Pabayad Service" to pay in PHP, and we’ll handle the supplier payment in RMB/CNY via:
  • China Bank Transfers
  • WeChat Pay
  • Alipay
  • After payment, DO NOT let your supplier ship yet. They must first attach a shipping mark/code to each box.

Step 6: Book Your Shipment with Jades Cargo

  • Guangzhou to Manila
  • Yiwu to Manila
  • Shishi to Manila
  • Fujian to Manila (for Air Freight)
  • Fill out the required details.
  • After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Unique Order Number (CBOSS-XXXXX).
  • Review the instructions provided in your email.

Step 7: Label & Ship Your Order to Jades Cargo

  • Give your Unique Order Number (CBOSS-XXXX) to your supplier.
  • Ask them to attach the code to each box (no consignee details needed).
  • Request photos of the labeled boxes before shipment.
  • Once your package arrives at our China warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Your shipment will be processed and transported to our Malabon warehouse.
  • You will receive email updates as your package moves from China to the Philippines.
