  1. Find a supplier. Recommended platforms are Alibaba, Taobao, 1668, and Made in China.
  2. Ask your supplier for details about the product you want to buy.
  3. Let your supplier know you have a shipping forwarder, JEX CARGO.
  4. Contact us on social media to get your shipping address, instructions, shipping mark, and code.
  5. Send your shipping mark and code to your supplier (e.g., TDDAN, TDCEN, MNL*******C) and ask them to use this as the shipping mark and code for all boxes.
  6. Request a proforma invoice from your supplier.
  7. Pay your supplier through Alibaba Trade Assurance or Alipay.

  • Air shipping: 3 to 5 working days from ChinManilaanila. 
  • Another 3 to 5 days Manila to the province.
  • Sea freight: 30 to 40 days, depending on the port destination
